Free trading CHECKLIST
Your Free Checklist
TRAWhen starting out in trading or learning for a while you’re very motivated and want to make it but you feel like you’re not ready, you lack confidence, and often experience analysis paralysis.
Analysis paralysis is a real thing and in this Newsletter I will teach you how to defeat it by first:
Knowing what it is and what is needed to defeat it
Having your checklist
My FREE checklist
A lot of my students/followers that reach out to me ask me similar questions and this one is very common. A lot of newbies as well as guys with 1-3 years of studying struggle A LOT just because they don’t know how to fix it. The reality is FIXING IT is the easiest thing ever and after you do it a whole another world will open up for you.
“Analysis paralysis (or paralysis by analysis also known as overthinking) describes an individual or group process where overanalyzing or overthinking a situation can cause forward motion or decision-making to become "paralyzed", meaning that no solution or course of action is decided upon within a natural time frame.”
If you gained access to my thought Loops PDF you could also introduce that concept to analysis paralysis. As a newbie you open the chart up and start overthinking doubting yourself etc.
Not knowing what to do next is very scary and confusing, especially for beginners. And if you want to make it you have to overcome that hurdle.
The analysis paralysis happens only because you DON’T have structure while trading and framing setups. That’s why having a checklist is so important. You eliminate the confusion you know EXACTLY what you look for and don’t doubt yourself. Having a mechanical model puts away a lot of emotions / DO THIS DO THIS DONT DO THIS DONT DO THIS CLOSE HERE. After some time you get used to it.
To learn more ways of optimizing your trading and beat your struggles in trading and speed running your success, skipping lots of hurdles and preventing mistakes in learning that will set you back a year. Make sure you the maximum out of prop firms before the bubble bursts, reach out to me by scrolling to the bottom of the email and reserving coaching. I’ll see you there.
Continuing from the last point, you maybe don’t want to have the same checklist as me, that’s okay but your checklist SHOULD have all of these steps:
HTF:
Steps you take on the Monthly, Daily, Weekly timeframe to confirm that the price is even tradeable. If these timeframes aren’t clear you can’t fall down to lower timeframes get lost and lose trades
Good steps to have are: Discount/Premium, External+Internal , Seasonal tendencies, Econ calendar, Weekly candle direction, ranges
ITF
On ITF you build your narrative, HOW will price reach the level you desire.
Here you’ll focus on alignment with HTF, if your ITF and HTF are aligned you have smooth sailing. On ITF make sure you focus on: H1 Mss confirming weekly profile, SMT, PD arrays, Midnight open, Illustrating your chart and making sense of how price will deliver to your desired level, often by a MMXM.
LTF
If you have your HTF and ITF set up the only thing on LTF you need to do is getting an entry. All of you know some entry model: orderblock, breaker, 2nd leg of distribution, structure model, mitigation block, fair value gap etc.
Make sure you define your target R:R, having fixed RR with a strategy is very important since you can calculate if your model is even profitable when testing it and seeing the winrate. Make sure your trades are in DISCOUNT for longs and PREMIUM for shorts and that theyre done, ideally, below/above midnight once again depending on shorts/longs.
You can set your newsletter to be any strategy but my best tip is to have timeframe alignments so your model trades for you.
My checklist:
For you I am going to share one of my Personal trading checklists that got me funded and some of my followers that listened.

- Asia - A, London - M, Ny - D
- Asia - X , London - A, Ny- Judas + Distribution
- M15, M5 OTE
- If at 50% 1:3 enter
-Close at 3RR
This is a very simple checklist, I don’t need many steps just overall guidance to look at so my thoughts don’t run away. I know what I’m doing and the steps I need to take from the experience I built up by spending so much time in these markets.
If you’re experienced an overall guideline checklist is very good, having steps to follow keeps you locked and dialed in on your process and you don’t start drawing things you don’t need on the chart and you slowly transition into not needing 30 indicators and needing every pd array and drawing on your chart.
If you made it to the end of the letter congratulations you’re determined to making it in this industry, most people don’t make it because they don’t have the right mindset but you’re taking the correct steps. Reading through this letter hopefully instilled an image on what you need to do to make it in trading and I hope with all my heart you’ll focus on making it and do your best.
For the next newsletter I will answer one of the BIGGEST questions that troubles traders today and give you a foolproof routine to follow to fix it. Make sure you stay tuned and put the email list into priority emails or removing it from spam by adding it to your primary inbox.
That is all I have for you today have an amazing week.
